Description

DiamondKote W-3543B is a water based, mould release agent designed for application to ambient and hot metallic mould surfaces. It promotes good rubber flow without significant transfer and excellent release characteristics.

It may be spray applied to hot surfaces (>60 C) or simply wiped on utilizing a pure cotton cloth. When applied correctly, it will provide for multiple releases for many elastomeric compounds. It is particularly effective for Natural Rubber, SBR, NBR, and most Sulphur Cured Elastomers.
