DiamondKote DKW-4070

Description

DiamondKote DKW-4070 is a water-based, semi-permanent mould release agent designed for use in the moulding of various Peroxide Cured Elastomers such as Silicone, EPDM, and FKM. It is especially effective in the moulding of elastomeric seals and gaskets and promotes good rubber flow and helping to keep moulds clean. It tends to have higher slip than some of our other release agents for this application and mix of elastomer and is therefore useful for parts with more difficult geometry or undercut / low draft areas.
